Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:Advance payment of 30-50%. Final settlement - after the acceptance by the Landlord
Delivery terms:Contract for the production of construction and installation works in a retail store at the address: Omsk, Architects Boulevard, 35 MEGA Shopping Center in accordance with the terms of reference and the project of the Customer. Technical specifications and design decisions can be found in the procurement documentation section. The contract also provides for the partial dismantling of old structures. This procedure is not a competition, its implementation is not governed by Articles 447 - 449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
