Comments:
1. Compliance with the requirements of the attached TZ.
2. Submission of documents and materials, according to the TK.
3. Fill in the attached "Questionnaire for the participants of the selection."
4. One winner is allowed for the entire run.
5. Provide samples of similar products (at least 2 copies) from already produced circulations and letters with recommendations from other customers (at least 2 customers) for similar types of products until June 28, 2019 to the office of PJSC IC Rosgosstrakh, at st. Kiev, 7, entrance number 4 (at the reception call ext. Tel. (Ext. 077-1744).

This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not governed by articles 447 - 449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
