Comments: The submitted proposal as part of the preliminary stage must contain completed Appendices 2-5 and 7 (technical) from the package of documents attached to the procedure, certified by the signature of the supervisor with a seal impression, the procedure (plan) for the provision of services, documents according to Appendix 6 and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit rates terms of payment, etc.).
At the main stage it is necessary to place a commercial offer. The commercial offer must contain the commercial conditions for the provision of services (cost and transcript of the cost of services, payment terms, etc.).
The offer must strictly correspond to the data specified on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached Technical and Commercial Proposal and in the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence.
In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the Technical and Commercial Proposal will be rejected.
In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an Agreement may be terminated.
