Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:1. Payment is made by bank transfer of funds to the account of the Contractor.
2. Terms of payment are defined in the contract.
Delivery terms:1. Visit to the data collection facility for design located at: Russian Federation, Kaluga Region, Obninsk, Kiev highway, 57.
2. Installation work is carried out by the forces and materials of the contractor.
3. The deadline is January 2020 (work must be completed within 14 calendar days from the date of advance payment).

Comments:
The list and conditions of work.
1. Visit the facility to collect data for design.
2. Develop a project (stage R) and coordinate it with the Kalugaenergo branch of IDGC of Center and Volga Region to allow connection to cell 43 ps. "District".
3. Coordinate with the customer a schedule of work.
4. Run the 10 kV cable according to the project.
5. Connect the cable to the switchgear-10kV ps "Circular" and on the support of the VL-10kV.
6. At the end of the work, test the cable and transformer substation with a 400 kVA transformer. Provide test reports performed by a licensed laboratory.
