Payment terms:Payment by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account on the first Thursday after 45-60 days from the date of delivery in accordance with the invoice received. Other forms of payment are possible if agreed by the Parties.
In case the Products are delivered within 10 (ten) days following delivery deadline date the Products price shall decrease by 10%. In case the Products are delivered after expiration of 10 (ten) days following delivery deadline date, the Products price shall decrease by 30%.
Delivery terms:Products are delivered by forces, means and at the expense of the Supplier by road to the Buyer's warehouse located at: Togliatti, st. Novozavodskaya, house 8. The products shall be delivered in the packaging securing the products during transportation.
