Payment terms:
Preferred payment terms are 100% within 60 days from the date of delivery. Price without VAT with transportation costs for delivery to the warehouse of the Customer
Comments: Obligatory upload of a commercial proposal by a member organization.
The winning organization that does not have a valid contract with PJSC "Izhstal" must, within one day, load the following documents into the system, which are necessary for entering into an agreement:
a) a copy of the statute in the current edition with all changes and additions with a mark of the tax authority;
b) copy of the certificate of state registration of a legal entity
c) copy of tax registration certificate
d) extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities no older than 15 calendar days before the date of submission
e) a copy of a certificate from the tax authorities on tax payments in arrears to budgets of all levels;
f) copies of documents confirming the election and appointment of a person acting on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (hereinafter referred to as the head) (order of appointment and minutes of the meeting of authorized bodies on election (appointment))
g) a copy of the power of attorney for the right to sign if documents are signed by a representative by power of attorney
h) copies of documents confirming the authority to carry out the delivery of a certain type of product, as an authorized representative of the manufacturer. Such a document is a dealer certificate, dealer certificate, etc. (
i) copies of certificates of quality management system (Quality Management System) of the Participant and Manufacturer of the products offered
j) consent to the processing of personal data from the head of the Participant and / or the responsible person of the Participant, as well as other persons in respect of which the Participant provides personal data;
k) other documents that, in the opinion of the Participant, confirm its compliance with the established requirements, with appropriate comments explaining the purpose of providing these documents
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code, Article 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals shall be submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with the digital signature.
If the Participant does not have the technical opportunity to submit a proposal through the electronic trading platform functionality, the Organizer of the procedure has the right to accept an offer from such participant to the email address IZH-B2B@izhstal.ru, having uploaded this offer on the platform by means of the System functionality, subject to the following conditions:
¬- Member must be registered in the System;
-¬The offer must be received by e-mail no later than 4 business hours before the time specified in the Notification for the end of the acceptance of Proposals with the obligatory notification of the responsible person by telephone.
The documents should include an official letter of appeal to the Procurement Organizer with a request to place an electronic version of their proposal and the rejection of any claims related to the fact that the Offer will not be placed in the System by the Participant itself.
