Comments: 1. This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer in the framework of the request for proposals, which (like the ongoing preliminary selection of the Supplier) is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without explanation, without bearing any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, sharing the supply of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explaining the reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
3. The Organizer / documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and to recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Bidder, does not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
4. The organizer of the tender procedure reserves the right to adjust the final quantity of goods and delivery time at the stage of signing the contract.
5. The delivery schedule for the plants is in the attached documentation.
6. The price includes delivery to the factory.
