- Красный, если предложение отличается более чем на 3% от лучшей цены.

Use discounted price
Calculate the discounted price on the basis of the participants' bids. One of the criteria for selection of winner will be the discounted price.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% payment of the cost of Equipment and transportation (including VAT) upon delivery within 30 - 60 (thirty - sixty) calendar days, subject to the provision of original invoices and shipping documents in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. If there is an advance payment, it is mandatory to provide a bank guarantee for the refund of the advance payment for the amount of the advance in the currency of the offer.
Delivery terms:DDP delivery basis, Incoterms-2010.
Transportation costs (for delivery) should be included in the cost of the Equipment.

Comments:
To participate in the request for proposals, you must pass accreditation (for non-accredited companies):
1) No. 396 General accreditation of Ural Steel JSC;
2) No. 645 Accreditation for Occupational Safety and Industrial Safety of Ural Steel JSC.

And also to prepare a technical and commercial proposal (hereinafter referred to as the TP). The TAP must be initialed on every page. The validity period of the TAP must be at least 60 (sixty) calendar days.

At this stage, a request for proposals is being made in order to familiarize the Participants with the TP, review and identify the most favorable conditions.
Next, the main price stage (rebidding) will be held, to which Participants who have submitted the most favorable offers will be admitted. According to the result of the rebidding, a decision is made on the expediency of concluding a supply contract.
