Payment terms:Deferring payment within 60 days from the date of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse or other payment terms that are agreed by the parties additionally. If there is an upfront payment, the Supplier is required to submit an irrevocable bank guarantee for at least the amount of prepayment issued by banks of the top fifty banks Russia or international banks, with a rating no lower than BB+/WAA2.
Delivery terms:The goods are delivered by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. Shipping is included in the price of the item. The date of delivery is the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the invoice (BIG-12) in the Buyer's warehouse. Other terms of delivery are agreed by the parties additionally..

Please note that this request is not a notification of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.After the retrade procedure is carried out - offers submitted outside the B2V-Mechel ETZP ; an additional change in the price offer will not be considered. Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНЫЕ ТРЕБОВАНИЯ:1) Подгрузка коммерческого предложения (оферты) за подписью уполномоченного лица и печатью организации (просьба подавать предложение по форме Оферта+Приложение №1 в закупочной документации).
2) Наличие сертификатов, подтверждающих качество и происхождение товара.
3)Поставляемый товар должен быть новым, не восстановленным.
4) Заключение договора только в типовой редакции ПАО "Южный Кузбасс" (Приложение №1). При наличии противоречий, участник, до окончания закупочной процедуры прикрепляет на ЭТП или направляет организатору процедуры протокол разногласий к проекту договора.
5) Заключение соглашения ЭДО (обмен первичными учетными документами) только в типовой редакции ПАО "Южный Кузбасс" (Приложение №5). При несогласие заключения соглашения ЭДО участник, прикрепляет отказ в письменном виде.
6) Стоимость доставки должна быть включена в стоимость товара.
