Comments:
Решение о выборе победителя по результатам конкурса будет приниматься Тендерным Комитетом ОАО «АВТОВАЗ».
Победителем признается участник или участники, предложившие минимальную стоимость по каждому лоту в отдельности или по совокупности лотов при полном соответствии техническим требованиям, требованиям к участникам конкурса и условиям сотрудничества.
Тендерный Комитет ОАО«АВТОВАЗ» оставляет за собой право не признать победителем ни одного из участников. Заключение типового договора в редакции ОАО «АВТОВАЗ» (в приложении к лоту).
Победитель конкурса предоставляет в адрес ОАО «АВТОВАЗ» учредительные документы согласно списка (в приложении к лоту).
ОАО «АВТОВАЗ» оставляет за собой право досрочного расторжения договора с победителем конкурса в случае оказания последним услуг ненадлежащего качества и/или нарушения условий подписанного договора.
