Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of certainty to make sure of the Supplier's good faith, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Supplier's self-delivery of materials, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of the employment contracts of the persons involved for delivery, information about the ownership or lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
