Payment terms:The payment for the rendered and accepted Works is made with a delay of no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered services, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) invoices;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) the conclusion of an industrial safety examination (if necessary) registered with the RTN authorities
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring promissory notes, etc.
Delivery terms:The proposal must be submitted on the company's letterhead indicating:
- the full name of the organization;
- details and contact details: TIN, OGRN, OKPO, contact phone number, address, e-mail.
The offer must be registered in the prescribed manner (have an outgoing registration number and date)

Comments:
The request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process (tender, auction) or a public tender in accordance with Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose obligations on the Organizer established by these articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure reserves the right of the Organizer to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Bidders
