Comments:
The commercial offer is submitted according to the obligatory form - Map offer. Mandatory conditions for the procurement participant:
1. An international consulting company, renowned and respected in the provision of consulting services on the safety of hydraulic structures.
2. Successful experience in providing services in this area with positive reviews from large international mining companies.
3. The Contractor's readiness to allocate a team with the above experience and expertise to provide consulting services.
4. Optional: membership of experts in professional specialized associations.


This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the Customer.

As part of the commercial proposal, please send the completed Counterparty Questionnaire - the form in the attachment, the Consent to the processing of personal data - the form in the attachment, the constituent documents according to the list:
1. charter (in the latest edition with all changes and additions);
2. certificate of state registration (on the assignment of the OGRN);
3. tax registration certificate;
4. the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
5. letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
6. an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;


If you have any questions about this project, I ask you to formulate all the questions in a single letter by 26.07.2021.

The customer reserves the right not to consider the proposals of companies that did not provide a kp and / or provided a kp not in the form of an offer card, and also not in full (without specifying specific indicators, technology, calculation of depreciation, staffing (see the map tabs) sentence).

The titles of the documents should match their content.
