Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The advance payment in the amount of 50% (fifty percent) of the total cost of services, the Customer transfers to the account of the Contractor no later than 2 (two) business days from the start of the provision of services under the Agreement.
Payment of the remaining amount of the cost of services in the amount of 50% (Fifty percent) of the total cost of services shall be made by the Customer no later than 5 (Five) business days from the date of signing of the Acceptance Certificate of the rendered services, in accordance with clause 4.3. Terms of Reference.
Payment for services is made by bank transfer to the account of the Contractor, based on the invoices issued by the Contractor. The date of payment for services shall be considered the date of debiting funds from the Customer’s current account.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
