| Payment terms: | The maximum price of the Agreement is determined based on the results of the request for proposals procedure and includes all the Supplier's expenses related to the execution of the Agreement.
The Buyer pays 50% (fifty percent) of the amount of the Well Drilling Contract within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date the Parties sign the Contract and receive an invoice from the Supplier by transferring funds to the Supplier's account.
The final settlement under the Contract is made within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Well Commissioning Act (Appendix No. 3 to Contract F2), subject to receipt from the Contractor of a complete set of original documents signed by the Parties confirming the fulfillment of the requirements of the ToR (Appendix No. 1 to Agreement F2), by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account. |
