Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
Payment terms - 100% post-payment on the 61st (sixty-first) calendar day or the next working day after it, if the 61st day is a day off after signing the Act of delivery and acceptance of works
Warranty - 1 year according to the Requirements Specification
Consent of the Contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the agreement (in the attachment)

Other requirements and explanations:
Confirmation of the Caterpillar/MWM certificate – admission level not lower than CL3 and certified personnel
Confirmation of the availability of a replacement fund (at least one turbocharger) used in case of unforeseen situations during the transportation of turbines
Term of work: no more than 3-4 weeks from the date of commencement of work on each bid
Date of commencement of work : By prior agreement of the date of commencement of work in writing by mail
Additional conditions "The signing of the acceptance certificate-delivery of the completed works is carried out after 72 hours (not earlier) of the operation of the gas piston electrical installation under load, after the installation of turbochargers that have undergone maintenance.
Stops, starts, as well as drains and filling of units with technical fluids are performed by the Customer on their own."

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated Bidders.
