Payment terms:The Buyer makes payment by transferring funds to the Supplier's account in the following order: 100% of the cost of goods - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the entire consignment of goods from the Carrier in the Buyer's warehouse. Shipping cost is included with the price of the goods.
Delivery terms:The contractor, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of all the necessary documentation, shall carry out an examination of industrial safety PD, DPB.
Provides in electronic form to the customer for review and approval. When the customer agrees with the results of the examination, he sends three copies of the conclusions to each customer for the examination object and one copy for registration to the territorial authority of Rostekhnadzor (Kemerovo)
