The Customer pays for the services rendered by bank transfer by transferring funds to the Contractor's personal account on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, invoice, within 45 (forty-five) banking days from the date the parties signed the acceptance certificate for the services rendered. The Customer's obligations to pay are considered fulfilled at the time the funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
