Delivery terms:
1. Application of JSC "EPM-NEZ" Novocherkassk 2. Purpose of work: Performing work on technical diagnostics of lifting equipment with expired service life, in order to issue certificates, conclusions about the possibility and conditions of their further operation before the next inspection. 3. List and scope of work performed: Inspection of lifting equipment and crane tracks according to the schedules for 2021 4. Requirement for the contractor: 4.1 Prior to issuing a work permit, the Contractor must provide the Customer with the following documents:
- copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
- copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in a contractor (order for appointment to a position in a contractor, a certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services;
- a copy of the instruction on labor protection from the instruction log;
- POR or PPR or RTI;
- copy of the protocol of certification of workers on labor protection;
- copies of certificates of attestation of engineers and technicians for labor protection and general industrial safety requirements. When performing work on gas, on vessels operating under pressure, using PMG, in electrical installations, during hot work - copies of certificates for each type of work;
- medical clearance of personnel;
- copies of certificates of gas-electric welders, slingers, crane drivers, hoists (towers). For gas-electric welders, copies of the certification protocols for PTM. In case of revealing inconsistencies of the information in the submitted documents with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the H&S service in matters of Labor Protection and Industrial Safety in the Contractor's organization. The Contractor notifies the Customer about the fulfillment of all the specified conditions in writing with all supporting documents attached. Failure to comply with the terms of this clause by the Contractor gives the Customer the right not to allow the Contractor to perform the work, the delay in the execution of the work in this case is the Contractor's fault.
4.2 The Contractor registers the conclusions with Rostekhnadzor and returns to the Customer with a notification that the information has been entered into the register of industrial safety expertise conclusions.
4.3 The Contractor develops drawings for the repair of metal structures of lifting equipment in accordance with the inspection schedules.
4.4 The Contractor conducts non-destructive testing of load-bearing metal structures of all electric bridge cranes TsGE from the schedule of inspection of metal structures and mechanisms of lifting cranes JSC "EPM-NEZ" for 2021, in order to establish the boundaries of cracks in welded joints and the base metal (visual inspection and colored flaw detection by penetrating substances)
4.5 In the event of an emergency with lifting equipment (not included in the survey schedule), the Contractor shall arrive upon a call to the Customer's territory in order to conduct an examination and then conclude contracts. five. Terms of work completion: 5.1 Work start date - February 2021 5.2 Work completion date - November 2021
6. Terms of payment: Payment within 30 calendar days after signing the acceptance certificates for the work performed.
