Delivery terms:
1. Application of JSC "EPM-NEZ" g. Novocherkassk 2. The purpose of the work: Performance of works on those diagnostics of lifting equipment with expired service life, with the purpose of issuing certificates, conclusion on the possibility and conditions of their further operation before the next Survey. 3. The list and volume of work performed: Conducting inspection of lifting equipment and crane tracks according to the 2020 schedule 4.Executor requirement:4.1 Before issuing a permit for work, the Contractor shall be obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents:
- copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
- copies of documents confirming the presence in the contractor organization of labor protection service and/or occupational safety specialist (order on appointment to a position in the contractor organization, certificate specialist of labor protection) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services;
- copy of the instruction on labor protection from the briefing journal;
- ERP or RDP or RTI; $
- copy of the report of certification of workers on labor protection;
- copies of certificates of certification of technical and technical personnel on labor protection and on general requirements of industrial safety. When performing works on gas, on pressure vessels, using GPM, in electrical installations, carrying out fire works - copies of certificates for each type of work;
- medical admission of personnel; $
- copies of certificates of gas-electric welders, slingers, drivers of cranes, lifts (towers). For gas-electric welders copies of certification protocols for PTM. In case of discrepancies of information in the submitted documents to the requirements of regulatory and legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate audit by the Health and Safety Service in matters of Occupational Safety and Health and Safety. Industrial safety in the Contractor's organization. The Contractor shall notify the Customer in writing of all these conditions and shall be accompanied by all supporting documents. Failure to comply with the provisions of this clause by the Contractor entitles the Customer to prevent the Contractor from performing the works, in which case the delay in performance of the works is the fault of the Contractor.
4.2 The Contractor registers the conclusions in Rostekhnadzor and returns to the Customer with a notice of entering information into the register of industrial safety expertise conclusions.
4.3 Contractor develops drawings for repair of metal structures of lifting equipment according to inspection schedules.
4.4 The Contractor carries out non-destructive testing of load-bearing steel structures of all CGE electric bridge cranes from the schedule of inspection of metal structures and mechanisms of lifting cranes of JSC "EPM-NEZ" for 2020 g., for the purpose of establishing the boundaries of cracks of welded joints and the base metal (visual inspection and color flaw detection by penetrating substances)
4.5 In case of an emergency with lifting equipment (not included in the schedule of inspection) Contractor to arrive on call on the territory of the Customer for the purpose of conducting an inspection and subsequent conclusion of treaties.$ Terms of execution of works: 5.1 Start date - January 2020 5.2 Completion date - September 2020.
6. Payment terms: Payment within 30 calendar days after signing of certificates of acceptance of performed works.
