Comments: The contractor is obliged to perform the work on his own. Involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
By sending an offer (offer), the Contractor guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the Contractor is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of confidence to be convinced of the good faith of the Contractor, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Contractor's independent performance of the work, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of the employment contracts of the persons involved for the performance of work, information about the ownership or lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447-449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
