Comments: requirements for the examination of industrial safety:
· The customer and the expert organization undertake to be guided in its activity by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the current rules of Russian Rostechnadzor, methodical instructions, instructions, regulations and other normative acts of Rostechnadzor Russia in the part of the examination of industrial safety according to the federal law of 21.03.97 G. "On industrial safety of hazardous industrial facilities";
· The expert organization should give the customer the results of the work – a positive conclusion of the examination approved by Rostechnadzor after the customer has signed the act of executed works.
Qualification requirements of the expert organization:
· To have a license issued by Rostechnadzor for the conduct of industrial safety examination, conformity of the presented license or other permitting documents in accordance with the current legislation for activities related to Implementation of the contract, together with the annexes describing the specific activities for which the organization has the permission of the declared service;
· To have a certified non-destructive testing laboratory, including a permit for the type of non-destructive control.
· Have experience of work on expertise of industrial safety of technical devices (availability of practical experience of performing similar works for at least 5 years);
· Have in the permanent staff of the expert with the right to perform the residual resource on the subject of this task, experts and specialists must have protocols and certificates confirming the test of knowledge on industrial safety; At the request of the customer – providing copies of documents (diplomas, certificates, certificates) confirming the level of education and qualification of the personnel;
· Have full civil capacity for the conclusion and execution of the contract;
Requirements for registration of reports:
· Technical reports and conclusions should be executed in accordance with the requirements of the current normative and technical documentation.
