Availability in the structure of the Contractor:
- accredited laboratory of non-destructive testing;
- accredited laboratory for electrical measurements.
Availability of equipment, devices, materials and information support.
Lack of arbitration proceedings.
If necessary, the Customer can conduct a technical audit.
Comments: During the industrial safety examination of the substation, the operability and compliance with the requirements established in the manufacturer's documentation, the condition of the substation metal structures, units, mechanisms, substation systems, substation electrical equipment, indicators, limiters, recorders, automatic stop devices, warning signaling are carried out, including:
- light and sound indicators and signaling devices;
- load limiter, load moment limiter, limit load limiter depending on the type of PS;
- means of automatic stopping (limiters of the upper / lower position of load-gripping bodies, including cabins / platforms of construction hoists, hoists (towers), limiters of movement (turning) mechanisms, limiters of boom lifting / lowering mechanisms, depending on the type of substation);
- a limiter for the movement of cargo in a prohibited area (for example, above the cabin of a jib crane on a truck chassis), a limiter for the service area of lifts (towers);
- a parameter recorder, including a clock and a real-time calendar included in it;
- protection against dangerous approach to power lines;
- coordinate protection;
- blocking;
- device for orientation of the floor of the cradle of the lift (tower) in a horizontal position in the entire service area;
- devices for blocking the lifting and turning of the knees when the lift (tower) is not set on the supports, except for screw supports installed manually;
- devices for emergency lowering of the lift cradle (tower) in case of failure of the hydraulic system, electric drive or hydraulic pump drive;
- a device designed to evacuate workers from cradles located below the base on which the lift (tower) stands;
- a device that protects the outriggers of the lift (tower) from spontaneous extension (rotation) during the movement of the lift (tower);
- devices (indicator) of the angle of inclination of self-propelled substations;
- an emergency engine stop system controlled from the cradle and from the lower control panel of the lift (tower), which must be equipped with Stop buttons;
- protective devices against the fall of a load or an arrow in case of breakage of any of the three phases of the electric network of a substation with an electric drive, if the corresponding protection is not provided in the electric drive system;
- wind speed limit alarm;
- dead-end stops of substations moving along rail tracks.
- visual and measuring control of the substation;
- operational (functional) diagnosis of PS;
- determination of acting damaging factors, damage mechanisms and susceptibility of the material of a technical device to damage mechanisms;
- assessment of the quality of connections of elements of a technical device;
- selection of non-destructive testing methods that most effectively detect defects resulting from exposure to established damage mechanisms;
- non-destructive testing of metal and welded joints of a technical device (at least one of the types of NDT - ultrasonic testing of the continuity of metal and welded seams, ultrasonic thickness gauge, testing by penetrating substances);
- assessment of the identified defects based on the results of visual and measuring control, non-destructive testing methods;
- research of materials of a technical device;
- calculation and analytical procedures for assessing and predicting the technical state of a technical device, including the analysis of operating modes and research of the stress-strain state;
- residual resource (service life) assessment;
Conduct static and dynamic tests, if work was carried out on the lifting structure associated with a change in the design, replacement of the material of load-bearing elements or restoration repairs after an accident or incident as a result of which the metal structure of the lifting structure was damaged.
