Comments:
The direction of the commercial proposal with the attachment of an estimate and an indication of the possible timing of the work based on the capabilities of the contractors (participants in the procurement). The commercial proposal must be issued on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the manager and attached to the uploading documentation.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
1) The cost of work with VAT. The total amount must be reflected in the commercial proposal. The cost must be final, firm, include all additional. expenses.
2) Terms of payment (preference will be given to tenderers who have proposed a non-advance payment system and a maximum payment delay).
3) Availability of SRO; Availability of an appropriate license.
4) In accordance with the rules for conducting surveys SP 13-102-2003, GOST 31937-2011.
