Comments:
Resources LLC Albazino asks you to consider the performance of the work under the examination of industrial safety of lifting constructions and technical equipment used in mining.
Place of provision of services: District name Indiga Amgun rivers Khabarovsk Krai-Somnja, on the right bank of the wrong key in its upper reaches, the playground Albazinskogo of ore-dressing and processing enterprise.
Dates of manufacture of works:
start of work: 01.02.2018 g.
end of works: 28.02.2018 g.
The list of equipment subject to examination:
1. Self-propelled crane crawler setup:
1.1. TADANO GR 500N-1-00101-2 PCs.
1.2. TADANO GR 600EX-1 u.
1.3. TADANO AR2000M-u 2-1.
1.4. KATO SL-650R (KR-65 h)-1 PCs.
2. Technical devices used in the mining activities:
2.1. Dump truck KOMATSU 785-5-10 HD units.
2.2. Underground frills machine for roof and wall ATLAS COPCO SCALETEC UV-u 2-1.

Works with all the necessary materials, tools and equipment are the responsibility of the Executive Director.

Accommodation and meals at the customer's site, as well as the mobilization of personnel is at the expense of the contractor. Assisting the customer may under the conditions described in clause 7, p. 9.

Will be grateful to receive your offer with full costing of execution of works and the following applications:
- filled Map proposal (annex 2);
- calculation of cost (estimate/costing);
- the filled questionnaire of the counterparty (annex No. 3);
- scanned copies of permits for providing this type of service;
- the draft Treaty on the provision of such services.

1.1. Annex No. 1 to TK-STF OSH and BOP 008;
1.2. Annex No. 2 to TK-transport policy;
1.3. Annex No. 3 to TK-OB vehicle, subject to examination;
2. Card offers;
3. Profile of the counterparty.
