Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:В течение 15 календарных дней с момента подписания сторонами акта приема-передачи выполненных работ
Delivery terms:По результатам выполнения работ Подрядчик предоставляет Заказчику 2 (два) экземпляра отчетов, созданных в процессе выполнения работ, на бумажном носителе.
В случае обнаружения отклонений, в результате испытаний составляется дефектная ведомость.
Результаты испытаний, измерений и опробований должны быть оформлены в соответствии с нормами приемо-сдаточных испытаний (Глава 1.8 Правил устройства электроустановок, 7 издание) и согласно перечню документов, утвержденному Ростехнадзором, и переданы по итогам выполнения работ Заказчику.
