Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear suppliers!

To participate in the selection, it is necessary to fill in the cost (see procurement items, procurement documents).

Requirements to the availability of permits to perform works (SRO, license) with documentary confirmation:
1. Certificate of SRO for carrying out energy surveys;
2. The presence in the staff of at least 4 trained specialists - energy auditors (scan copies: certificates of training, staff list);
3. Experience of similar works in accordance with TK at least 5 years (scan copy: excerpts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, reviews of performed works);
4. Number of developed energy passports not less than 30 pieces (table form with the name of the organization and assigned SRO number of the energy passport, certified by the seal and signature of the director)"

Warranty for the developed documentation, including the energy passport - 1 year from the date of approval by the customer

Submission of quotations only in RUBLES.

Participation is free of charge.

No E-signature is required.

The bidder may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of submission of bids.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
