Comments: LLC "Albazino Resources" invites you to take part in the competition for the performance of work on the examination of industrial safety of technological equipment of the processing plant, followed by the issuance of an EPB conclusion and the support of registration with Rostechnadzor in accordance with the terms of reference.
Place of work:
Khabarovsk Krai, Polina Osipenko district, in the Amgun - Somnya interfluve, on the right bank of the Erroneous key in its upper reaches, the site of the Albazino Mining and Processing Plant (Coordinates of the Albazino uch. Latitude 52° 51 17.7, Longitude 137° 53 2.6).
Deadlines for the execution of works:
1. Start date: 10.05.2022;
2. Completion date: 25.07.2022.
The beginning of work on a letter of guarantee from the Customer.
Composition of works:
1. Conducting a survey of the technical condition of the Processing plant's technological equipment:
- KLS 1000 belt conveyors in the amount of 1 piece;
- KLS 1200 belt conveyors in the amount of 4 pieces;
- KLS 1700 belt conveyors in the amount of 3 pieces;
- Plate feeder TP 1-18-90 in the amount of 1 piece;
- Plate feeder TP 1-15-90 in the amount of 2 pieces;
- Contact vat KCH-50 in the amount of 4 pieces;
2. Preparation of a report on the technical condition of technological equipment;
3. Conducting an industrial safety examination for compliance of technological equipment with industrial safety requirements, followed by the issuance of an EPB conclusion and registration support in Rostechnadzor.
Requirements for the Contractor:
1. The contractor performing the work must have a license to conduct industrial safety expertise in relation to hazardous production facilities of hazard class II and III, with the involvement of experts certified in accordance with the procedure established by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 509 of May 28, 2015 "On certification of experts in the field of industrial safety".
2. The contractor must have permits for OT and PB (attestations, certificates, permits corresponding to the type of work performed).
3. When performing work, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the requirements of labor protection and industrial safety, environmental protection, fire safety, to comply with administrative acts and internal regulations of LLC Resources Albazino.
4. The contractor must ensure the proper quality of the work.
5. Having sufficient experience (at least 3 years) of performing identical works, having positive feedback on the performance of identical works from Customers.
Accommodation, meals, delivery of the Contractor's personnel to the Customer's facility:
1. At the Customer's facility (the territory of the Albazinsky GOK, Khabarovsk Krai, Polina Osipenko district), the Customer organizes meals and accommodation for the Contractor's staff at his own expense (expenses are not included in the calculation of the cost of services under the TOR);
2. Delivery of personnel to the Customer's facility (the territory of the Albazinsky GOK, Khabarovsk Krai, Polina Osipenko district) from the collection point (Komsomolsk-on-Amur) and back, is carried out by and at the expense of the Customer.
3. Delivery of personnel from the Contractor's location to the collection point (Komsomolsk-on-Amur) and back is provided by the Contractor on its own and at its own expense. The costs must be included by the Contractor in the cost of the work (with the provision of an appropriate cost calculation).
