The General Contractor shall pay for the accepted work within 60 (sixty), but not earlier than 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of signing by the authorized representatives of both Parties of the Acts of work performed by transferring funds to the Contractor's account. in accordance with clause 6.3.2 of this Agreement. |
