Comments:
The cost of the service should include the following steps:
1 Preparation of preliminary materials for environmental impact assessment (hereinafter EIA) on the object of state environmental expertise (hereinafter SEE);
2. Posting information messages about the date of public hearings (discussions) (in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation dated 01.12.2020 N 999), holding public hearings on the materials of the EIA of agrochemicals at the appropriate level and issuing Minutes of hearings and EIA materials based on the materials of draft technical documentation, a letter from the Administration about the hearings (discussions);
3. Revision of the EIA materials on the Drug based on the results of the public discussions;
4. Formation of the final set of documents and sending it to Rosprirodnadzor in order to receive State services for the organization and conduct of state environmental expertise at the federal level;
5. Representation of the interests of the registrant in the Rosprirodnadzor bodies during the SEE of the Drug, as well as participation in meetings of the expert commission of the state environmental expertise;
6. Provision of scientific support during the SEE of the Drug;
7. Receipt of the conclusion of the SEE for the Drug and transfer to the Customer the original conclusion of the SEE for the Drug
