This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the Customer.

As part of the commercial proposal, please send the completed Counterparty Questionnaire - the form in the attachment, the Consent to the processing of personal data - the form in the attachment, the constituent documents according to the list:
1. charter (in the latest edition with all changes and additions);
2. certificate of state registration (on the assignment of the OGRN);
3. tax registration certificate;
4. the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
5. letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
6. an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
7. accounting (financial) statements for the last reporting year, or for the last reporting period;
8. bank statement on the movement of funds for the last 3 months.

If you have any questions about this procurement procedure, I ask you to formulate all the questions in a single letter until 04/12/2021.

The customer reserves the right not to consider the proposals of companies that did not provide a kp and / or provided a kp not in the form of an offer card, and also not in full (without specifying specific indicators, technology, calculation of depreciation, staffing (see the map tabs) sentence).

The titles of the documents should match their content.
