Payment terms:
Оплата за оказанные Услуги в размере 100% от стоимости Услуг за соответствующий этап производится в течение 30 (Тридцати) календарных дней* с даты подписания Сторонами Акта сдачи-приемки Услуг по этапу, на основании счета, выставленного Исполнителем. *В случае, когда Исполнителем выступает субъект малого или среднего предпринимательства, соответствующий на даты заключения и исполнения Договора критериям, установленным ст. 4 Федерального закон от 24.07.2007 № 209-ФЗ «О развитии малого и среднего предпринимательства в Российской Федерации» срок оплаты составляет 10 (десять) рабочих дней.
