Payment terms:The customer will pay for the cost of each stage of work specified in the Terms of Reference on the nearest working Thursday after _45_ calendar days from the date of the Customer’s signing the acceptance report for the completed stage of work, subject to receipt of the original invoice from the Contractor requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

If the Participant was previously qualified as part of qualifying selection No. 986501, 104244, 11597878 (https://www.b2b-center.ru/market/view.html?id=986501), resubmitting the documents mentioned in this Instructions not required, except for:
1) A document confirming the authority of the head of the company (order or decision on the appointment of the head, including the head of the branch);
2) A document confirming the authority of the person signing the Application (Power of Attorney), if not signed by the head of the organization;
3) The balance sheet and report on the financial results of the organization or branch of the organization for 2017,2018, 1 half of 2019;
4) Certificate from the FTS on the taxpayer’s obligation to pay taxes and fees for 2017, 2018, 1st half of 2019;
5) the protocol on the verification of knowledge of those responsible for the safe production of work, employees of the Contractor, sealed by the Contractor
