3.1 Overhaul of electric bridge cranes
according to the developed design documentation from the material of the Contractor:

4. Brief technical description: Electric bridge cranes of special purpose. Designed for lifting and transportation operations and cargo movement.
5. The purpose of the work: Restoration of operating characteristics of cranes for their further operation.
6. Requirement to the performer:
• The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out the work
• Production of works under possible influence of harmful production factors: dust, gas pollution, noise
• Production of works in tight conditions of the operating enterprise (shop),
operating mode of the enterprise round-the-clock
• The Contractor shall provide the following documents to the Customer prior to the issuance of the Work Permit:
- copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work; - copies of documents confirming the presence in the contractor organization of labor protection service and/or occupational safety specialist (order on appointment to a position in a contracting organization, certificate of occupational safety specialist) or the presence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of provision of labor protection services;
- copy of the instruction on labor protection from the briefing journal;
- ERP or RDP or RTI; $
- copy of the report of certification of workers on labor protection;
- copies of certificates of certification of technical and technical personnel on labor protection and on general requirements of industrial safety. When performing works on gas, on pressure vessels, using GPM, in electrical installations, carrying out fire works - copies of certificates for each type of work;
- medical admission of personnel; $
- copies of certificates of gas-electric welders, slingers, drivers of cranes, lifts (towers). For gas-electric welders copies of certification protocols for PTM.
In case of discrepancies of information in the submitted documents to the requirements of regulatory and legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate audit by the Health and Safety Service in matters of Occupational Safety and Health and Safety. Industrial safety in the Contractor's organization. The Contractor shall notify the Customer in writing of all these conditions and shall be accompanied by all supporting documents. Failure to comply with the provisions of this clause by the Contractor entitles the Customer to prevent the Contractor from performing the works, in which case the delay in performance of the works is the fault of the Contractor.
