3.1 Carry out overhaul of electric bridge cranes
according to the developed design documentation from the material of the Contractor:

4. Short technical description: Special purpose electric bridge cranes. Designed for lifting and transport works and moving of goods.
5. Purpose of work: Restoration of working characteristics of cranes for their further operation.
6. Requirement to the executor:
• The perpetrator must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out the work
• Production of works with possible exposure to harmful production factors: dustiness, gas-iness, noise
• Production of works in the tight conditions of the operating enterprise (shop),
operating mode of the enterprise round-the-clock
• Prior to the registration of the permit for the production of works, the Contractor shall provide the following documents to the Customer:
- copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work; - copies of documents confirming the existence of a labor protection service and/or a labor protection specialist in the contracting organization ( appointment to a position in a contracting organization, a certificate of labor protection specialist) or the existence of a contract with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services;
- copy of the labor protection briefing from the briefing journal;
- ERP or PPP or RTI; $
- copy of the report of certification of workers on labor protection;
- copies of ITR certification certificates for occupational health and general industrial safety requirements. When performing work on gas, on pressure vessels using GPM, electrical installations, fire works — copies of certificates for each type of work;
- medical admission of personnel; $
- copies of the certificates of gas-electric welders, slingers, cranes machinists, lifts (towers). For gas-electric welders, copies of the protocols of certification on PTM.
In case of identification of discrepancies in the submitted documents to the requirements of normative legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the service of OT and PB in the matters of Occupational Safety and Security Industrial safety in the Contractor's organization. The Contractor shall notify the Customer in writing with all the supporting documents attached to all these conditions. Failure to comply with the conditions of this paragraph by the Contractor gives the right to the Customer not to allow the Contractor to perform the work, the delay in the execution of the work in such case is the fault of the Contractor.
