Territory of the Contractor and JSC "EPM-NEZ" (CGE). 3. Content of works:
3.1 Carrying out capital and restoration repairs of electric bridge cranes
according to the developed design documentation from the Contractor's material:
• CGE section 1 shop No. 3 reg. No. 44889/P inv. No. 1320
4. Brief technical description: Electric bridge cranes for special purposes. Designed for lifting and transport operations and moving cargo.
5. The purpose of the work: Restoration of the working characteristics of the cranes for their further operation.
6. Requirements for the contractor:
• The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to perform this work
• Production of works under the possible influence of harmful production factors: dust, gas pollution, noise
• Production of works in the cramped conditions of an operating enterprise (workshop),
the company's working hours are around the clock
• Before the work permit is issued, the Contractor must provide the Customer with the following documents::
- a copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work; - copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and/or a labor protection specialist in the contractor (an order for appointment to a position in the contractor, a certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of a contract with an accredited organization in the field of providing labor protection services;
- a copy of the instruction on labor protection from the instruction log;
- POR or PPR or RTI;
- a copy of the protocol of certification of workers on labor protection;
- copies of certificates of certification of ITR on labor protection and on general requirements of industrial safety. When performing work on gas, on pressure vessels, using GPM, in electrical installations, conducting fire work – copies of certificates for each type of work;
- medical admission of personnel;
- copies of certificates of gas and electric welders, slingers, crane operators, hoists (towers). For gas and electric welders, copies of the PTM certification protocols.
In case of non-compliance of the information in the submitted documents with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the OT and PB service in matters of Labor Protection and Industrial safety in the Contractor's organization. The Contractor notifies the Customer of the fulfillment of all these conditions in writing, with all supporting documents attached. Failure to comply with the terms of this clause by the Contractor gives the Customer the right to prevent the Contractor from performing the work, the delay in performing the work in this case is the fault of the Contractor.
7. Terms of work completion:
It is agreed with the Customer.
8. Payment terms: Payment within 30 calendar days after the signing of the acceptance certificates of the completed works.
