7.1. Overhaul of 4 Section 5 Direct Heating Furnace (Kastner) Section 1
CGE, with the design position and the strengthening of the SCP and UPR. — from the Customer's material
7.2. Working under a current enterprise. The business hours are 24 hours a day.
7.3. Possible exposure to harmful factors: dustiness, gas
7.4. Develop PPR and process maps for all necessary work.
7.5. The executor must have the necessary production and human skilled
resources to do this work. Have the certification of a supervisor, ITR and workers

7.6. Availability of SRO for these types of work.

Customer specialists The Contractor is required to replace these workers immediately.
7.10. The work not performed should be redone at the expense of the Contractor and surrendered

7.11. Employees are placed in this work by the Contractor.
Customer, subject to availability, can place workers on the Contract
basis.
5.12. Design and approval of linear furnace repair schedules.
8. Payment Terms: Monthly, within 30 (30) Bank Days After Delivery
performance provided that the work is done properly and within the agreed time frame. The work is considered to have been completed following the signing of the Acquires of Work (Form COP-2) by Parties and the Certificate of Cost of Work Performed and Cost (Form COP-3).
9. Duration: 01.09.2021 — 26.10.2021 (40 working days). The commencement of work is agreed with the Customer further.
10. Work warranty: 24 months from completion of work, for each of the refurbishment facilities.
11. The transfer to repair and reception of equipment from repair is carried out in accordance with the EPM-NEZ regulations approved by JSC.
12. The furnace is repaired in the operating shop. The repair schedule is coordinated with the workshop (CGE) and plant services (UM, EU).
13. List of documents provided to the EgoICHS OTPB for work permits by contracting organizations:
Contractor is required to provide prior to the clearance of the work
The following documents to the customer:
1. a copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
2. copies of documents confirming the presence of a service in the contracting organization
occupational health and/or occupational health professional (appointment order in
contracting organization, occupational safety certificate) or availability
contracts with an accredited organization in the field of occupational health services;
3. a copy of the occupational health briefing from the briefing log;
4. ERP or PPR or RTI;
5. a copy of the Occupational Safety Workers' Certification Protocol;
6. copies of ITR Health and General Requirements Certification
industrial safety. When performing gas work, on vessels operating
pressurized, with GPM, electrical installations, firing
7. copies of the certificates for each type of work;
8. staff medical clearance;
9. copies of the certificates of gas welders, rafers, cranes machinists,
lifts (towers). For electric gas welders, copies of the certification protocols
PTM.
Contractor shall notify Customer in writing of all these conditions
form with the appendix of all supporting documents. Failure to comply
of this paragraph, Contractor entitles the Customer to prevent Contractor from
work, overdue work in such a case is the fault

14. Note:
- Shipping material from the warehouses of JSC EPM-NEZ to the site of the work, the removal of debris (non-scaffolded firebricks, graphite, scrap metal, etc.) to storage sites located on the territory of JSC EPM-NEZ is carried out by the Executor transport.
- Trash collection of all categories to industrial waste landfills outside EPM-NEZ JSC (garbage collection from 7km to 30km) is carried out by transport provided by the Customer, upon the Contractor's prior request.
- All categories of garbage disposal costs, industrial waste landfills,
located outside EPM-NEZ JSC are at the expense of the Customer.
- The bridge cranes for furnace are provided by Customer, bridge machinist
The Crane is provided by the Performer.
- Work in a working shop. It is forbidden to carry out repairs on the furnace if the standing furnace nearby is in the company (the process of graphitation of the blanks) plus eight hours after the company ends next to the standing furnace.
