Mandatory conditions.
The contractor must provide:
• application (Appendix 1) and questionnaire (company card) of the tender participant;
• SRO has a permit for overhaul of enterprises and facilities of the chemical and petrochemical industry;
• certified personnel for industrial safety, electrical safety;
• availability of PPE for employees;
• equipping with tools, including small-scale mechanization tools, equipment and fixtures necessary for the performance of work;
• the availability of lifting mechanisms for work;
• experience in performing similar work;
• confirm the availability of positive references (feedback letters).
• upon completion of the work, the contractor provides a technical report on the work performed, conclusions and recommendations.
