The "Lots and Regions" sheet contains information about the scope of work. Namely, the number of objects (pharmacies), their addresses by region. The Order #1 column contains the current number of objects (289). In the Column Order No. 2 – the approximate number of objects (1690), starting from 01.09.2023. Clarification, there are already existing pharmacies in these columns. In column No. 3 Single orders, a plan for the development of the pharmacy network is prescribed (296).
The "Price list" sheet contains information on the presentation of services, with Reference prices (prices for reference) - the participant makes an offer for each position

You can indicate the maximum prices for services on this sheet.
Signs "???" the positions to be filled by the participant of the competition are marked. Column 5 is highlighted in yellow.
The "Total" sheet contains the necessary summary information about the value of the lot, which must be specified on the site. This price is without VAT.
The participant of the price request confirms that he can perform all the works specified in the Price List throughout the territory, both on his own and with the involvement of third parties.
At the stages of rebidding (in case of an announcement), it is necessary to upload an updated file with the cost of services to the ETP.
Confirmation of the FINAL price offer is carried out by the application of the completed file "Technical specifications of Electrical Testing 2022 (to the site)".

General requirements.
Each electronic document must be:

- saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file (for example, the Charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- the name of each file should indicate its content, the name of the counterparty.

What to upload to the ETP

4. The completed and certified file "Qualification requirements" (in case of refusal to accept 1 of these items will be additionally considered for disqualification of the applicant)

Documentation from the participant must meet the general requirements for downloadable documentation.

For information, the Buyer's contract form, an additional agreement on EDI and an additional agreement on tax clauses are posted on the ETP.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
