Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Settlements for the services rendered are made, upon the provision of services, monthly, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate for the services rendered in the form of Appendix 4 (universal transfer document (hereinafter - UPD)), subject to the provision by the Contractor originals of payment documents (invoices, invoices), as well as documents provided for in the Terms of Reference (Appendix 1).
In the case of an SME participant: Settlements for services rendered are made, upon the provision of services, monthly, within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate for the services rendered in the form of Appendix 4 (universal transfer document (hereinafter - UPD)) , provided that the Contractor submits originals of payment documents (invoices, invoices), as well as documents provided for in the Terms of Reference (Appendix 1).
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
