Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Advance payment of 50% + final payment for the actual completed volumes of the CS with a one-year security deposit (see the terms of the standard contract).
Delivery terms:Carrying out a complex of repair works and operational tests of all available fire escapes and fences on the roof with the preparation of an appropriate test report.
Daytime work on the roof.
Execution of works in accordance with the terms of the attached model contract.
It is possible to supply one of the two KP - only for repair work or only for testing.
Preference is given to a contractor who is able to perform the entire range of work: both repairs and tests.
To clarify the scope of work, we invite you to come to the facility.

Attach the KP and provide documentation on the certification of the company according to the attached list.
In the KP, specify the total duration of the work.
KP must be provided in Excel format, with all prescribed rates.
Before submitting the KP to assess the volume of upcoming work, I invite you to come to inspect the roof.
