Comments:
Requirements for the contractor -1. The contractor is obliged to perform the work with its own materials, forces, tools and mechanisms in accordance with the applicable norms, rules, instructions and state standards in force on the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as this technical specification.
2. The contractor must have a Certificate of a self-regulating organization on admission to a certain type or types of work that affect the safety of capital construction facilities for the performance of works necessary for the design of building structures of buildings and structures (according to the Federal Law "On Self-Regulating Organizations" dated 12/01/2007 N 315-FZ");
3. The contractor is obliged to have a License for the software used for the production of works.
4. Qualification compliance of the organization with the work performed:
- availability of its own (leased) material and technical base.
-availability and sufficiency of own qualified specialists to perform the work;
- experience in performing similar/comparable works in terms of scope and specialization. Availability of qualified personnel.
