Payment terms:The payment for the services rendered is carried out by the Buyer on a monthly basis upon the provision of Services at the relevant bids of the Customer, on the Contractor's account, within 10 (Ten) business days after the Parties sign the Act of Acceptance and Delivery of completed works (services rendered), drawn up in the form of Appendix 3 to the Contract (hereinafter referred to as the Act of Acceptance and Delivery of completed Works (services rendered) for the corresponding month of the provision of Services and receipt by the Customer from the Contractor of the invoice for payment.
The price of the services provided must include all expenses of the Contractor, including expenses, insurance, taxes, fees, consumables, transportation of artists, as well as other expenses that the Contractor may incur in connection with the execution of the Contract.
Delivery terms:January 2024 -December 2024.
The cooperation of the Parties may be extended for the next calendar year on the same terms, but not more than 2 (Two) times in a row, if neither Party submits a written notice of termination to the other Party 20 (Twenty) calendar days before the expiration of the Contract.
