1) The application for participation must be accompanied by a TAP with attachments and contain key information on the volume of services rendered (summary estimate), terms and conditions for the provision of services.
2) Please read carefully the standard version of the service agreement. The participant has the right to offer a protocol of disagreement, which must be provided as part of the Offer. Otherwise, it is considered that the Participant agrees with the proposed version.
3) TCH is supplemented with documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (SROs, certificates, passports, etc.).

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals does not impose on the customer the appropriate volume of civil obligations.
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature.
