The number of purchased goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity can be reduced unilaterally by X5 Group, including after selecting a winner and concluding a contract with him.
the request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process and is not subject to the requirements of articles 447-449 of the civil code of the russian federation. x5 group is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all bids received.
