Requirements for participation:
1. The provision of laboratory research services must be performed by a Contractor who has a certificate of accreditation in the relevant field.
2. Sampling is carried out by the Contractor with its own materials and means. Transportation of samples for laboratory tests from the Customer to the place of rendering services by the Contractor is carried out by the transport of the Service Provider.
3. Upon completion of laboratory tests, the Contractor draws up protocols with the results of the studies.
The protocols must specify:
- name of the organization that conducted the laboratory tests;
- date and time of delivery of the sample to the laboratory;
- date and time of the start of the tests;
- name of laboratory tests;
- measuring instruments used for research;
- the number of the normative document on the research method.
4. The protocols of laboratory tests and the certificate of work performed must be submitted to the Customer no later than 10 working days from the date of delivery of samples to the laboratory.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Simultaneous participation of affiliated (related) companies is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated Bidders from the competition.
