Payment terms:Within 5 banking days after the date of delivery to the forwarder’s warehouse and the provision of a bill of lading with a note on receipt of goods.
Delivery terms:Dates of transportation - April-May 2020, upon notice. list of required services: - organization of the supply of vehicles corresponding to the size / weight of cargo for loading;
- provision of data for drivers and car mines for 1 (one) business day before shipment;
- receipt of cargo with verification of compliance with the maximum size and size characteristics of packages
- loading control, securing the cargo on a rolling stock (mounting material belts / chains, as well as separation material for securing, must be available to the driver in an amount sufficient for safe transportation) in accordance with the transport drawing; fastening with metal chains only through separation material;
- design special. permits for the transportation of oversized cargo in size and weight (if necessary) across the territory of the Russian Federation along the route Novosibisrk - Aldan, Industrial d.25;
- auto delivery of cargo along the route St. Petersburg - Aldan without reloading along the route;
- Compliance with the delivery dates specified in the KP;
- daily reporting of vehicle location; (screenshot of GPS / Glonass tracker)

Comments:
Indicate the following information in the offer:
1. Type of rolling stock (number of axles, platform height);
2. The cost of transporting cargo for 1 vehicle, taking into account all the costs of the route, taking into account payment of damage to the roadway and the fees of the Platon system;
3. The cost of transportation for the entire volume of cargo;
4. Standard time for loading / unloading vehicles, the amount of the fine for a downtime; 5. The term of registration of special. permissions; 6. KP validity period (indicate the maximum possible KP validity period in accordance with the transportation schedule).
7. Delivery time to the warehouse in Aldan.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
