Comments: Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in the competition for conducting research work to assess the impact on biodiversity in the zone of indirect influence of the enterprise.
Place of provision of services:
Khabarovsk Territory, Polina Osipenko District, Albazin Ore Mining and Processing Plant site, Ekaterina-2 site (Latitude 52 ° 51´ 17.7´´, Longitude 137 ° 53´ 2.6´´)
Terms of work production:
1. Start date of work: 05/01/2021;
2. Completion date: 08/20/2021.
The start of work is allowed by a letter of guarantee from the Customer until the conclusion of the contract.
Prior to mobilization at the customer's site for work, it is necessary to go through quarantine. The date of arrival in quarantine is specified immediately before arrival.
Scope of work:
Services for carrying out research work on assessing the impact on biodiversity in the zone of indirect influence of the production facility of Albazino Resources LLC at a distance of 1 km from the border of the land facility.
When conducting expeditionary research:
1. Botanical (establishment and description of permanent sample plots in different plant groups, study of the state of cenopopulations of rare and endangered plant species). Carrying out vegetation description, macro photography;
2. Zoological (accounting studies of the animal population, study of the state of cenopopulations of rare and endangered animal species). Assessment of the state of the animal world in the zone of indirect influence of objects to identify, analyze, predict, prevent and / or reduce direct and indirect impacts on the animal world. Obtaining the necessary data on the background state of terrestrial vertebrates (mammals, birds, amphibians, reptiles) to assess the impact on the fauna of the construction and operation of the designed structures; information about the boundaries of distribution of rare and "Red Book" species of animals. Main controlled parameters:
• species diversity of terrestrial vertebrates: total number of species; population density of certain species in different biotopes;
• features of the spatial distribution of terrestrial vertebrates;
• species-indicators of anthropogenic load;
• the level of anthropogenic disturbance of the animal population;
• species diversity of rare, endangered and specially protected species of terrestrial vertebrates;
• the number of species listed in the Red Book of the Russian Federation, the Red Book of the Region of Presence;
• the density of populations of rare species - indicators of anthropogenic load.
3. Laying of Permanent Test Plots (PP) for long-term observation of the state of flora and fauna and assessment of the impact of production.
Based on the results of the work, the Contractor submits to the Customer a report on the work done.
Comparative results of monitoring, development of measures to minimize the impact of the production facility of Albazino Resources LLC on the natural environment, including:
• an inventory of plant and animal species (terrestrial and aquatic) available in the study area;
• assessment of the actual state of flora and fauna within the land allotment, environmental control zone and background territory;
• biodiversity assessment;
• the revealed influence of the economic activity of the production facility of Albazino Resources LLC on the environmental components;
• forecast of changes in the state of flora and fauna and development of measures to minimize / exclude the impact of the production facility of Albazino Resources LLC on the natural environment.
Requirements for the Contractor:
1. The contractor has an appropriate production and technical base and an appropriate level of material, technical and staffing.
2. Positive experience in the field of botanical and zoological surveys of territories for the identification of objects in the Red Data Books of Russia and the Khabarovsk Territory, the preparation of programs for the translocation of plants from the work zone to areas untouched by economic activity, the resettlement of animals into new biogeocenoses and their adaptation to new habitat conditions.
Materials provided by the Customer:
Not required. The contractor provides himself with the necessary materials and equipment.
Accommodation, meals, delivery of staff:
1. At the Customer's facility, food and accommodation for the Contractor's personnel is organized by the Customer at its own expense;
2. Delivery of personnel to the Customer's site (the territory of the Albazinsky GOK, Khabarovsk Territory, the Polina Osipenko district) from the collection point (in Khabarovsk or Komsomolsk-on-Amur) and back is carried out by forces and at the expense of the Customer.
3. Delivery of personnel from the location of the Contractor to the collection point (in the city of Khabarovsk or in the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur) and back is provided by the Contractor on its own and at its own expense. The costs must be included by the Contractor in the cost of the work (with the provision of an appropriate cost calculation).
4. Immediately before arriving at the Customer's facility, the Contractor is quarantined for up to 14 days at a place specified by the Customer (St. Khabarovsk or Komsomolsk-on-Amur). The collection point for quarantine is specified before mobilization (before entering quarantine, it is mandatory to provide an opinion of the medical commission for each employee). For the period of quarantine, meals (three times a day), accommodation, medical care (examinations, thermometry, testing for COVID-19) of the Contractor's employees is carried out at the expense of the Customer;
5. The Contractor independently and at his own expense provides his personnel with vehicles for movement on the territory of the Customer's enterprise.
Occupational health and safety requirements:
1. Availability of a labor protection system (OSH);
2. Availability of an OSMS certificate for compliance with ISO (possibly GOST R);
3. Hazard identification and risk assessment procedures in place in the workplace.
4. Availability of the procedure for the Everyday Risk Assessment - filling out the card of compliance of the workplace with safety requirements;
5. The presence in the staffing of a service or an occupational health and safety specialist.

- letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 5 to the letter).
