- by transferring money to the account of the contractor within 30 (thirty) banking days after signing the act on the performance of work (rendering services).
3. Travel expenses at the Contractor's expense.
4. Any costs for obtaining certificates, payment of state duty and related documentation, established during the development of the project, at the expense of the Contractor.
5. The measurements are made at the expense of the performer.
6. If a negative opinion is received on the project documentation, the subsequent examination shall be carried out at the Contractor's expense.
Delivery terms:
Measurement of the composition and characteristics of flue gases from firing ovens, inspection and determination of the real efficiency of the GOU, the degree of deterioration of the equipment, in order to determine the most effective technology of the GOU and further development of the project ensuring the absence of pollutant emissions from the emission sources of the CEPP, in compliance with environmental legislation. The organization - developer should work in the market of services in the field of design of gas cleaning systems for at least 3 years.
2. Presence of positive experience of operation of gas cleaning systems in accordance with the project developed by the Contractor.
3. The contractor must have all the permits required for the implementation of the project.
4. The contractor must provide warranty obligations for the work performed / services rendered, during the whole period of validity of the agreed project documentation.
1. Description of the existing situation:
The Irkutsk branch of VAMI has designed a single-stage scheme for cleaning flue gases from each furnace from two parallel installed electrostatic precipitators, type С-7,2.
Each kiln is annular 32-chamber.
The size of the chambers is 1240x1746x4000 mm.
The furnace chambers are closed by a vault on which are installed two burners.
Burnt natural gas in the furnace chambers.
The blanks in the chambers are sealed with a back-filling material containing a mixture of thermoanthracite and calcined foundry coke.
The firing is carried out at temperatures from 400 C to 1250 C.
Gases containing dust and resinous substances are transported through the underground boar (section 1300x1800 mm) into two electrofilters С-7,2, where dust and tarry substances are trapped.
Gases after cleaning in electrostatic precipitators smoke exhaust D-15.5 through a metal pipe height of 180 meters are thrown into the atmosphere.
The capacity of the exhaust fan D-15.5 to 90,000 m3 / h, pressure - 410 mm of water column.
Operating conditions of gas cleaning unit:
The gas production capacity is 53,200 m3 / h (40,000 m3 / h).
The inlet temperature ranges from 60 ° C to 90 ° C.
Electrical characteristics of electrostatic precipitator C-7,2:
The current is 220-240 mA.
The voltage is 40-55 kV.
The temperature of the gases at the inlet and outlet from the electrostatic precipitators, the temperature and the rarefaction in the bog are controlled by instrumentation instruments.
To eliminate possible fires in the bog and electrostatic precipitators, a fire extinguishing system is provided.
2. Demand for cleaning.
1. On the existing gas purification, maintain technological parameters according to design data (gas volume, temperature, electrical indicators).
2. It is necessary to have at the outlet at least 2 times lower emissions than the current MPE standards for CJSC EPM-NovEZ. The MPE standards are as follows (for reference):
