causes of failures of oil equipment, according to the attached Terms of Reference.

It is necessary to fill out the attached Table and indicate the cost of the examination of the 1st equipment failure, excluding VAT, in rubles.
Scope of Services: 10-20 examinations per year.
Place of examination: Novomet-Perm JSC, Perm, ul. Cosmonauts Highway, 395

1) Availability of a license to perform this type of service
2) Name of responsible staff
3) KP should be issued on letterhead, signed by the head.
